What We Handle Under One Roof

Because design and civil are the same team, the two halves of a project are planned against each other from day one instead of being stitched together later. The layout, the services and the finishes are worked out together, so decisions that depend on each other get made in the right order.

A worked example: when a 2BHK needs a parallel kitchen, the kitchen's plumbing and electrical points are planned before the slab and civil work, and finalised before any cabinetry is fabricated — not retrofitted afterwards. The design team knows what the civil team is doing, and vice versa, because they answer to the same supervisor and the same plan.

That single-team setup covers the full scope of a home — interiors, civil and renovation, modular kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, ceilings, flooring, painting and electrical work — all coordinated under one schedule.

That is the difference between design and execution under the same roof versus design handed off to a separate contractor.

Jyani Interior has been based in Manpada, Ghodbunder Road since 2002. Over more than two decades, the team has completed 500+ homes and workspaces across Thane West, Hiranandani Estate, Kasarvadavali, Majiwada, Mulund, and projects in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Clients come back for second projects and refer their neighbours because the work held up, the budget matched the quote, and when something needed correction after handover, we came back and fixed it.
